    2.1. Access to and use of this website is restricted to users in Great Britain and is provided by Harlow District Scout Council. These terms apply to your use of this website and shall take effect immediately from your first use of this website and thereafter. Please note, in order to use this website you must agree to be bound by all the terms provided (please note, if you do not agree to be bound all the terms herein, Harlow District Scout Council does not permit you to access, use and/or contribute to this website).

5. How long we retain your data
    5.1. If you submit your data using one of our web forms we will retain your data for a period of seven days during which time your data may be passed to other systems to allow us to process your request in line with the consent you provided at the time of form submission.
    5.2. We may link to third party websites to increase the usability and completeness of the information on this website. When you access a third party website from this website we collect the URL you clicked on, the target URL you are redirected to, the date and time of your visit, your browser agent, the HTTP method, and the redirect agent. We retain this data for a period of seven days.

    6.1. The content posted on this website is created by Scouting volunteers. The views expressed are theirs and unless specifically stated are not those of Harlow District Scout Council. Harlow District Scout Council is not responsible for any content posted by Scouting volunteers on this website or for the availability or content of any third party sites that are accessible through this website. Any links to third party websites from this website do not amount to any endorsement of that site by Harlow District Scout Council and any use of that site by you is at your own risk.

    7.4 When donating to Harlow District Scout Council, we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties with regard to any donation you make to Harlow District Scout Council.
